Lemon Balm / Melissa - Dried herb 20 gram.

Fresh and dried shoots and leaves contain an essential oil (0.01 - 0.25%) with vitral, vitronellol, citral, citronellal, etc. which gives the lemon scent.

There are also triterpene acids (ursolic, oleanolic), succinic, coffee, tannins and a bitter substance.
